Nevada Museum of Art
The Nevada Museum of Art began as the Nevada Art Gallery in 1931 by its founder Dr. James E. Church.
In 1988, the Museum was renamed the Nevada Museum of Art / E.L. Wiegand Gallery after moving into its new 15,000 ft facility.
The Museum features permanent collections of 19th through 21st century art, including exhibitions of national
and international artists.
